We want you to love your J.Adams Shoes, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • Shoes must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Your first return or exchange is free! For subsequent returns or exchanges, a restocking fee or shipping fee will apply.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
  1. Visit our Return Portal.

  2. Choose whether you’d like to return or exchange your item and provide the necessary details.

  3. Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid shipping label for your first return or exchange. For additional returns on the same item, shipping costs or restocking fees will apply.

Store Credit Perks
  • If you opt for store credit instead of a refund, we’ll thank you with an additional $5 credit to use on your next purchase.

Our Policies
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned shoes.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you want is out of stock, you may choose store credit or a refund.

  • For your second return or exchange, the restocking or shipping fee will be calculated and displayed during the return process.
